I wouldn't buy from them again gave me wrong size door. I ordered patio door 72x80 rough opening and when I got home with door it is 74x82 called them right away and they said that is there standard double door. I said but it's not what I ordered. after a few days they offered to take it back and give me half my money back. Wow unreal never again

Staff couldn't be bothered to help us. When we did get to talk to someone who had knowledge of what we were looking for, he was in a rush to go do something else. We only had his distracted and brief attention. Not very helpful and they really didn't have what we are looking for.

First time I've been there. Was looking for 1x6 maple that I couldn't find at the home depot or Lowe's. Figured while I was in the neighborhood I'd stop there. Maple, oak, mahogany and more. Doors galore and kitchen and bath cabinets. Very helpful people and great price on the maple I bought. Will definitely go there more often now.

You may find bargains here, but don't expect good service. I tried to return an unopened item they stocked and the older man at the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. All he said was "all sales are final" I reminded him I had just spent $4000 there and all he did was repeat the same remark. There is no policy posted about returns nor is it on their receipts. Buyers beware!
