From the moment I met Dennis and Christina, I had full confidence in their ability to make my dream bathroom. They suggested ideas that no one else had thought of. They sent pictures along the way almost daily to show the progress. When matters came up (as they tend to do in old houses), they were handled swiftly and professionally. I had full confidence in everyone who worked inside my home. The end result surpassed my expectations.

We are appreciative of the hard work that Dennis and the team at DreamMaker put into making our bathroom vision come true. Frankly, a complete bathroom renovation down to the studs is an ordeal for any homeowner. Just like on the HGTV shows there are unexpected bumps in the road especially with an older home. The key is what happens when they are encountered. The team at DreamMaker focused on creative solutions to obstacles and involved us in those solutions every step of the way. Also, if some small detail was not quite what we envisioned (which is going to happen) they immediately brought it up to expectations without any resistance or hassle. This kind of responsiveness is very important in reaching the final product (your vision).

We had a great experience working with Dennis and Christine Aguilar, owners of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Warwick, RI. We had two bathrooms demolished and remodeled in six weeks. We could not have been happier with the results. Dennis was very organized and easily accessible when we had questions. Christine was very helpful in picking out materials and suggesting ideas about decorating. Workers were professional, neat on time. We thank them and will definitely call them again for other projects. Ron and Dee Bernier.

We had a very good experience with Dennis and Christina at DreamMaker. We did a full kitchen renovation (including major electrical and plumbing) and also replaced our popcorn ceilings with new flat-painted drywall. They were both supportive and candid during the design process and helped us refine our vision of what we wanted into a great rendering. The process was long, and it involved a lot of decisions; but in the end, the quote they gave us was spot on for both price and timing. They were competitive in price to our alternate and managed the design process much better than the competitor. The 3-year workmanship warranty was the key to us signing them on for the project. Dennis had a day-by-day schedule before the start of the job and tried to pre-arrange all materials and inspections to keep the project on time. As changes to the schedule came up, he provided updated schedules which helped us plan our dates to move back into the house. Very shortly after the demo, an unexpected assessment from the engineer put a potential delay in the schedule. Dennis was able to come up with a creative solution with the vendor to get materials in quicker (1 week instead of 2 weeks) and also honored the originally planned price. The multiple times daily communication and regular presence of Dennis on-site was very appreciated. I was lucky enough to be on-site almost every day and any time something came up we worked together to come to an agreeable solution of course, this sometimes came with a change order and a price tag. Changes were fairly priced and done on time. Brian was a spectacular carpenter and had a great work ethic, attention to detail, and was very passionate about what he did making sure that he could stand behind his work. The Electrical and Plumbing sub-contractors were relatively quick and effective. They responded to any minor schedule adjustments professionally and completed their work with high-quality standards. As with any major project, there are always things to learn and do better next time. Dennis and Christina shared with us what they learned from the job to take to the next ones, and through the challenges, we also learned many things from them both. We are going to keep DreamMaker on the list for our next renovations and recommend them to our friends and family. I hope you choose them and have just as good an experience as we did. Or even better!

I called DreamMaker and spoke with Dennis Aguiar regarding fixing several problems with my bathroom that were made by a previous contractor. Dennis immediately set up services with an electrician and a plasterer. This was so helpful. After the electric and ceiling were fixed, Dennis came to do the finish work. What a fantastic job he did! The bathroom looks great and is now functional. I do not know what I would have done without him. I was in a real bind and he took care of everything. All of the work exceeded my expectations.

What an amazing job! We hired DreamMaker for a complete kitchen & bathroom remodel. We decided to do both jobs at the same time to help reduce cost and impact, so needless to say, this was a major job. We could not be happier with the end result! We knocked down a load-bearing wall and installed a beam (hidden in the ceiling) to completely transform our main level to an open floor plan. All new hardwoods were installed and our bathroom and kitchen were completely gutted…down to the studs. One of the best things about the entire experience is that Dennis and Christina, after gathering our design selections, provided us with digital images of what our end result would be. Everything was visible in those images from tile selections, faucet selections, paint color, light fixtures, and of course everything was to scale. It provided my wife and I with (1) confidence that we were making good choices, and more importantly (2) the opportunity to change our plans before construction began. Looking back, the experience would have been much more stressful without those digital schematics. During construction, Dennis’ work crew was courteous, on-time, and 100% professional. From the start of demolition through the final coat of paint, Dennis always kept me up to date on progress and timeline. The communication was fantastic, which for me is a big deal. In the end, the renovation looks exactly like the digital images and we are thrilled with result. I HIGHLY recommend Dennis and Christina for any renovation job (large or small).

Dennis and Christina are wonderful to work with – I just completed a first floor remodel with them including a slight closing in of my originally open concept design, new larger kitchen island, floor sanding, new cabinets, updated ½ bath, new trex decking, etc, , , , , AND am currently working on my list for the second floor, to hire them again! What I loved: 1) end result looks amazing – exactly as I wanted. Attached are some quick photos. 2) up front pricing, details and discussion. I spoke with Dennis about my priority items, my lack of knowledge on quality/materials/etc and then we reviewed how I could possibly save money in certain areas or focus on certain parts of the project I wanted to complete. 3) Timing: everything was scheduled in a tight timeframe that was reviewed with me, in advance. The timeline was exactly as described . . even ending a few days early. 3) cleanliness/noise onsite during construction – my neighbors commented that they did not even realize I was having so much work done at my home and it was picked up/locked up nightly. 4) Organized – I did not have to deal with any subcontractors, organizing, etc . . they handled everything after I picked my colors/etc. 5) responsive - any questions I had were answered within a few hours over email or text. Any “snafus”? Just one – trim paint was an incorrect finish. Was rectified within a few days, at my convenience. Considering the amount of in the moment add-ons and total number of projects, I was pleasantly surprised there were no big issues and the project stayed within the pricing we reviewed! I trusted Dennis and Christina with my project, and it turned out great! I will be using their services again in the coming months.

I had them come out and give me a quote to renovate for a very small bathroom. My bathrooms is 5’ x 7’. They couldn’t give me an exact quote, but gave me a range from 35K to 45K. They wanted 50% payment upfront to schedule the job, and then 40% on the day the job begins. Before they even start the work, they wanted 90% payment. That didn’t work for us, so I passed.
