I started as a customer while I lived in Warwick, over 30 years ago, mostly for screen or storm window replacements & repairs. I continued with them after moving to Providence, and last year contracted with them to replace a custom window in the living room of my house in Lincoln. They have ALWAYS had great customer service, ALWAYS complete the repair perfectly, and within the timeframe and estimate they provide upon dropping the window off. Last year, when they replaced the very large vertical windows in the living room through "ProEdge Remodeling," the contractors finished the job in one day--and did an excellent job! I've been a customer off and on for over three decades, and I can't think of another business I've had a better relationship with. I highly recommend them!

A close friend ordered these windows and they appear to be of good quality. I had a full service glass shop in CA for forty years and just recently retired. I have sold and installed tens of thousands of windows in my life and have never seen a customer being strung along like my poor friend is right now. He ordered 12 windows and a garden window months ago through Millieum Construction in Derry. This guy is basically coming and installing a window in his "free" time. He stiffed my friend again today and I offered to make the two hour drive to his house and install them for him. Bad business in my opinion to allow your dealers or subs to string paying customer along. He has paid for windows in full so that appears to be his mistake. Lame since winters coming
