Can't say enough good things about how Atlantis dealt with replacing both my furnace and air conditioner. They have been servicing both for the last few years and has kept them in working order but I knew that with each unit being 20 years old, it was time to be proactive. Chris came out and looked at the A/C and heating system and gave me a quote. A few weeks later, a very competent crew arrived and I had brand new, more efficient units installed in two days. Very pleased with the way the entire process was handled.

Atlantic Comfort Systems are the best! They are always there when I need them! Billie is always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable whenever I call. Yesterday was really hot and my A/C system was blowing warm air. Billie got the technicians to come out for a service call within hours! Shawn and Damien were great technicians. They were kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. They got my system back to normal in no time! Thank you Atlantis!

We contacted Atlantis after the company that had installed our central air system 9 years ago told us they were too busy to schedule an appointment for us until late June because we were not a "regular" customer. I am still waiting for them to call me back with an answer about our warranty and our conversation was two weeks ago! When I called Atlantis I was treated very well and had a wonderful conversation with Billy who was as kind as could be and shared stories about Google thermostats that we both felt are smarter than us! She made me feel comfortable right away and was able to set up an appointment that took place today. Shawn the technician called 20 minutes before he came to our home to let us know he'd be coming and when he arrived he did a thorough inspection of our equipment both outside and in our cramped attic. He was a total professional, well spoken and not rushed. He took the time to explain everything he had seen and done and even looked at our warranty information from the other company. We spoke about equipment longevity and options for down the road. We felt comfortable with him the whole time he was here. Before he left we shared our frustration about our "smart" thermostat that our well intended son had installed and told him how we missed our old programmable one. He asked if we still had the old one and when we produced it he not only looked it over, he hooked it back up for us on the spot! We could not have been happier to have "ol faithful" back up on the wall. We will never contact our old HVAC company again. Because of Shawn and Billy and the great service we received today we will call only Atlantis as we go forward and we will encourage all of our friends with AC to do the same.

Yesterday I had Atlantis come to complete the yearly maintenance check on my ac unit. Shawn and Dylan W were the two technicans that came to do the service. They worked together perfectly and most importantly professionally to get the job done. They even went above and beyond to help me reset my thermostat unit. This type of professionalism and dedication to the job is really seen these days.I would highly recommend using Atlantis for your heating and cooling company.

Website is misleading. They state they offer free estimate. When I called about repairing gas boiler, I was told there would be a $200 charge for dispatching a technician. So much for "free estimate".

Knowledgeable, competent, efficient, pleasant. Dylan tracked our carbon monoxide issue to a furnace in our attic and showed and explained to us the evidence from his video of the burner flame and compared it to our basement unit which was just fine. We had extra insulation put into the attic about a year ago. Since they have to move it around and back again to replace the furnace, they recommended that we replace the attic air conditioner which was of similar age at the same time. We agreed. Eric and Shane completed the job in under 3 days. All 3 of these guys had impressive knowledge, answered every question, and explained it all well. Cleaned up well. Chris managed the timing and other particulars of the job and was equally pleasant and responsive. This is definitely a top caliber outfit!

I wanted to replace my 50 Year old boiler with a new combination unit. Price was fair for a brand new Lochinvar 150N unit. Mike and the crew doing the work was great and did a clean great looking install. Eric made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Would do business with Atlantis again if the need should arise.
