This is the second inspection that Peter has done for us. He is so thorough in his work that you have everything you need to make an informed decision whether to buy or not to buy. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the most important decision you can make other than picking a wife.

Unbelievably thorough inspection. No stone left unturned, drone review of the roof, somehow squeezed into the attic ... I was blown away by the attention to detail. If you're getting an inspection done in that neck of the woods, Pete is your guy.
