Roof replacement: Excellent workmanship; reasonable price; warranty terms (including future warranty transfer if house sold) better than other companies. Beautiful trim work around skylights. Time sensitive work (coordinated with another company's removal/replacement schedule of solar panels) went smoothly like clockwork. Courteous and responsive throughout. Highly recommend.

Amazing work from the Henderson team! From initial consultation to the finished project, it was a seamless experience for us. Dale and Caleb were always so insightful and helpful in answering our (many!) questions and emails, and the on-site team who replaced our windows and trim and installed the siding were so polite, efficient and energetic. We did a lot of research prior to this project vetting contractors, and what stood out to us about Henderson was their great communication and recommendations throughout the whole process. As a first-time homeowner, this was a big project for us, and we definitely chose the most trustworthy team! Our windows and siding look amazing, and we look forward to working with them again!

Henderson put a new roof on my garage to address the moisture issues I was having in the finished space above it. They told me that the water was coming in through the ridge vent and they would remove the vent to solve the problem. About a year later, I have the same moisture patterns in the ceiling and a puddle of water on the floor after a storm. When they came out to look at the damage, they tried to say that it was due to rodents (which is absurd, rodents don’t create a puddle of water on the floor after a storm). Nonetheless, I had an exterminator come out and look who found no evidence of active rodents (not a single trap they put out was touched), and who also confirmed that rodents would not create that type of damage. The actual issue is likely humidity which removing the ventilation exacerbated. They did not put in any type of alternative ventilation when they removed the ridge vent and when their own subcontractors they had come out and look at it saw this, they said that there has to be a vent up there. A reputable construction company should’ve known that and shouldn’t have sealed up an attic space leaving it with no ventilation. Management was supposed to call me, they were supposed to come out and look at it and nothing. They’re currently ignoring me and hoping that the 10,000$ I’ve had to pay to replace the ceiling and insulation after the mistake they made will go away. TLDR: This company replaced my roof to address a moisture issue but they ended up making it worse and now won’t contact me to address it.
