Got taken out to the ball park. Needed A full view storm door window replaced. Required a minimum $25 deposit or credit card with a 4% up charge to get an estimate. Was told about $190, but, after an employe checked it out and measured the frame said about $170. I thought less $25 deposit. Final bill $235 less deposit and re-used the existing gasket. I was told the estimate was a BALL PARK figure. Horrible customer service.

We had two scheduled appointments, and both times these folks did not show up as promised. To add insult to injury, in neither case did they call to give us any indication they weren't coming, nor did anyone in the office follow up to make sure the work was done. As I read other reviews for them, I see this is a pattern of behavior that extends back years.

What an outstanding experience I had with the folks at Westerly Glass. I was in need of having 6 screen panels re-screened. I spoke with Suzanne, who sent her husband Jim and son Brian over to remove, re-screen, and replace the screens. They were prompt and courteous. Suzanne kept me informed as to how long the project would take as they had to order extra screening. How great it was to deal with a local family run business and not a big box store. In light of what's going on globally, I feel good dealing with a local business who help to keep our country running!

I would rate this company lower if i could!! Not only did a replacement plexi glass table top take 3 wks when it was supposed to b 3 days, but the woman we dealt with was rude & used foul language! We were quoted $70 - $90 & was then told $298+ once it was finally completed! When we complained about the service & language the price was knocked down to $200 but upon delivery was given a bill for $233 with an additional $60 labor fee! Horrible experience & we will never do business with this company again!

Charlestown, RI - I have been trying to get my window repairs done for two+ years and they have not been completed as yet - No follow up and never seem to know what is going on. Amazingly incompetent and still in business - WOW. Appointments don't mean anything and are not kept!!!! I have wasted too much of my time - time to move on and get some results!!!

This the most incompetent, disorganized, inept company I ever dealt with. How they have been in business this long is amazing. They lie and tell you your order is ready and then call back with an excuse about why they can't be there to install it. They told me my glass doors would be ready in 3 weeks and it has been 8 weeks. I also found out this is an unlicensed company operating illegally in RI. Stay away, stay far away. And by the way, if you read a positive review on line about Westerly Glass, it was written by them.
