Wow! After walking around in the store 15 minutes, and finding what we wanted to order ourselves, NOBODY came to ask if we needed anything or had questions. Two females sat behind the counter, and they never got up. They neither spoke nor acknowledged us, and they were doing exactly nothing. We left. We are now headed to another place. They just missed a huge order. Basic manners are meaningful.
Lisa has been the best. Our tile was ordered a year ago. During that time they held a pallet of tile plus some boxes since 2 contractors never showed. We finally were able to find another contractor and picked up our tile. Not only does the Tile Center in Aiken have a wonderful selection, but Lisa and crew are the best. We couldn't be happier with our experience with this business. I would highly recommend them.

I'm sorry I wasnt too impressed with the store. I had to make an appointment to meet with the front desk girl. When I got there the place was deserted. The girl I met with was not very knowledgeable about the products. It was just so weird. I had to pry information out of her about the process and she really wasn't able to suggest anything. I was hoping for some kind of meeting but all she really wanted was for me to pick out a product. I needed help with that and she just kinda stood there with not really anything to say or a way to point me into any direction. Then I found out they don't install their products. You have to go out and find your own laborer yourself. Overall they may have nice products but I want impressed with their co. Kinda on par for Aiken.

Talk to Kevin if you have any kind of tile question. All good for tile you can't get anywhere else. Vast selection of tile that can be ordered and delivered
