I used this company to move before and received excellent service so I decided to use them again. Mr Broadwater was very professional just as last time. He looked over what all I needed moved and gave me an honest price. In the past I have used other moving companies and had my belongings broken up. Once again Mr broadwater did not disappoint. Will use again

Mr. Robert Broadwater Sr. and his crew charged over 1600$ to move my furniture from Aiken , SC to a storage room in Plum Branch, SC. He only got some of my belongings & furniture, left stuff in every room, left plastic wrap, water bottles & trash in the house & yard. I had to rent a U-Haul on Easter and move it by myself. I had to be out of my house because closing was the following Tuesday. I only had Easter Day. I’m 63 years old and in compromised health and they (Make the Right Move) left me in a bind. Some of the boxes weighed 40-50 lbs. He left a painting in my closet that I had left a box for and that we’d discussed when he did the walk through, among other things. ( the painting was left in my closet and the box was left empty in my room). I mention this item because I commissioned it when my mother was terminal, it was a gift to her and it means a lot to me.
Initially I was quoted 185/ hour for their services. The lady who quoted that never came for her scheduled walkthrough. Mr broadwater didn’t give me an estimate until 1 week prior to moving at which time I tried to get a different moving company. It was too late so I agreed to the 1623$ price as I had no other option. I paid it thinking , “it’ll be done; worth it.” I told Mr. Broadwarer when I found the mess they’d left that I was in a bind without any way to move the rest of my stuff and I had to be out that day and that I was cancelling payment on my check. He cashed it and it cleared before I got to the bank Monday, April 1, 2024 on my lunch break.There’s more to say and I have video and he hasn’t heard the last of me. I prefer to be positive and I am a pacifist but I’m a single, older lady and was left helpless.
I don’t have time for lawsuits , i work hard for my pay and I’d like to warn others about this company. Perhaps I do have time for lawsuits because there is no other justice now. I understand my personal profile is connected to this review.

I called to obtain a quote during business hours - no one answered my call, but eventually Robert called me back after hours and confirmed that they would need to view all that was being transported to provide a quote. He scheduled a time to see me. He did not arrive on the scheduled date & time. I called them, with no answer and left a message. Some lady called me back to say there was nothing scheduled. I asked her Robert was and she said he is the Supervisor and he did not set up a meeting! She said I am welcome to go elsewhere! If this is how this company conducts prelim quotes, and they show unreliability, then I don't want them moving my contents. Very disappointing!

Excellent delivery service. Highly recommend. Movers arrived on time and were professional. They made sure to handle my furniture and other items with care. I had less than a week to move and this company was able to get the job done.

This is a great company! They showed up early and worked efficiently. Robert is great and his entire crew was professional, efficient and handled our items with great care. They were fully prepared to handle both the heavy items as well as fragile, delicate items. The pre-move communication and bid from Robert was clear and they stuck to the budget - no hidden fees or late surprises. Would definitely use them again for a move of any size!
