I was told once by a very intelligent lady that you can only get two out of three things from a company. You can get a good product, a good price, and good service. But you can only get two out of the three of them at one time. Most of the time you sacrifice one of them. I find that it is usually true that you can only get two of them from a company, but AirOne Heating & Air is the exception. I got a fantastic product, I got a really good price for the work and materials, and the service was just incredible. I got all three things. It was an exception to the way things normally are for me.
Chris Ellis was my lead tech and we mapped the installation all out with photos and texts like we were plotting for world domination. As a manufacturer, I love the attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. It was fun that he was willing to look at it and see how detailed into it we could go. Once the installation started, he kept me up to date on the progress. He even worked around a guest that we had in our guest house. I don't see this kind of work much anymore, and I enjoyed it. He lost his Apple watch one day on the job and I helped him look for it for like half an hour after work. I wouldn't do that kind of thing for a normal vendor or a corporate feeling person. That should show you how well a job he did and what a great lead tech that he is on the job.
The Mitsubishi ductless heating and AC comes with a 10 year warranty. They were also able to get me a 10 year warranty on all labor and installation. You can't beat this price. This is an incredible investment. It's low energy usage and it runs so quiet.
I put a two ductless system in the guest house and a single ductless one in my garage. These are very popular in South America and Europe and I think they will start to catch on here as they cool and heat so well for such little electricity usage. Absolutely incredible system. This is just my honest review of this company and I was given nothing for it. My guests love staying in the guesthouse without having to hear an old window unit blaring and banging the whole wall. I made my garage a complete gym that I can use year round in shorts and a t shirt. Give yourself an upgrade with a ductless system from these guys. It will pay for itself over and over again.
I wish I could use them for every household issue that could possibly come up. We purchased our home last year and needed to replace our upstairs unit as well as perform repairs on our downstairs unit so we called airone. Every single call made resulted in same day service and repairs! A few weeks ago our crawlspace flooded and took out our air handler so we called and within a couple hours a tech arrived. We used airone and carolina climate to fully replace our system as well as all duct work and the job took 4 days (as quoted) to complete. They are just an absolute pleasure to work with and all around great group of folks. To say I would recommend them to anyone is a understatement! I would practically beg people for the sake of their own sanity to call airone!

My father passed away in 2022 and the day after he passed my A/C went out. Lowell came over and repaired it quickly and didn’t even charge me. I tried but he just wouldn’t accept. So this year 2023 my heat went out. Although it needed a new fan and heat exchanger of course I called AirOne for my HVAC needs. They were very professional from the estimate, explaining the job, to doing the work and even sending photos during the job showing the parts they replaced. These guys know there stuff and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again. -Brandon Rhodes

This was a great experience dealing with AirOne. Jerry was extremely thorough and patient in explaining the process and ensured that I was completely satisfied before they left the job. Marlon and Charlie also did a great job and were very professional in my conversations with them. I would highly recommend AirOne to anyone I know was in the market for HVAC work.

AirOne should be your first call for HVAC. Fast, professional and affordable. I've been so pleased, both with quick repair calls and literally saving me thousands on a new furnace. Can't recommend them enough, they are the best!!

AirOne is awesome and I highly recommend these guys! Tech Jeremiah is kind and very knowledgable and professional. He came out and diagnosed the problem with my mini split unit within 2 minutes or less and I had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes. Now the past couple of months I had two techs from two other companies come out to look at it. Both techs added freon which did not fix the issue and then said that I probably just needed a new unit. Needless to say I am so happy that my mini split unit is back working properly. Thank you AirOne!

AirOne has been the best HVAC company I have dealt with. They have installed and serviced my units for over 10 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have reasonable prices. Lowell, the owner of AirOne sets a high level of standards for his team. It is hard to find a company of this caliber.
