I have been a customer for 25 years and have bought 3 docks from Custom. Brandon is customer focused to an exceptional degree. As an example we had storm damage to one of our docks and it was looking like we would have an expensive repair. Brandon found some left over roofing material and came out himself to install it. The actual repair cost was about 1/3 of the estimate. We currently live in a location with a lot of higher waves. Brandon has been out several; times to repair damage done by some really heavy boat traffic. I have literally had to ask him to send me a bill. He kept saying, "I'm not charging you until we get a solution that works." His crews did some serious reinforcing and charged me a price that I was thrilled with. We have a large dock, with two of their excellent heavy duty lifts, as well as two Touchless covers. I could not be more pleased with the setup. I firmly believe that Custom docks are the best on the lake, and I am convinced that the service they provide is second to none.

We recently had a new dock installed by Custom Dock. With such a significant investment, you want to be sure that the vendor you select is excellent. Without limitation I can say that they are a professional organization committed to providing a superior product. My wife and I changed our design multiple times and there was never any sign of exasperation. When we expressed a design preference, they always provided pros and cons, and options. We believe because of their care and concern, we ended up with the optimal dock for our expected usage and lifestyle. When their installation crew arrived at our location, they were on-time and efficient. At the end of the day, they asked us to do a "walk thru" to be sure that there were no visible defects that detracted from the new dock. Of course there were none. Sally, their front office person, is a joy to deal with. She answered many of our questions quickly and concisely. I would not hesitate to have Custom Dock build a new dock for us again if the need ever arises.

We can’t thank Brandon and his entire crew enough for a job well done on our new dock. After 29 years our families first Custom Dock, a simple platform dock with a 40’ catwalk was due for an upgrade and we couldn’t be any happier with its replacement. There is a reason why Customs wait list is so long but the product they deliver is well worth the wait compared to their competitors product and overall excellent customer service. We look forward to many more enjoyable years enjoying beautiful Lake Hartwell!

What an experience. Smooth doesn’t even begin... Brandon actually took the time to meet with us to help us determine what to look for in a good used dock to meet our needs. Just for curiosity, I asked about pricing on a new dock, actually our dream dock. I was amazed. A new dock, all delivered, set up and ready to go was not nearly as expensive as I had thought. Not having to deal with the removal of our old dock, figuring out delivery of a used one, then how to go about selling that dock when we finally did get ready for a new one sealed the decision for us and I’m so glad. From the time with Brandon, the help from Michael on the design dimensions, options and details, as well as walking us through the steps with the Corp or Engineers, to the incredible attention to detail of all the guys who built and set up our dock, we were blown away. These folks not only know how to do things, they take the time and have the pride to do it RIGHT - 100% RIGHT. Absolutely - Could not be happier.
