After calling several plumbers with a camera system and leaving countless messages, Top Notch Plumbing is the only company that returned our call and showed up the same day. John Barnes did an awesome job and explained everything in detail as he was doing it. He provided outstanding customer service with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. In a world where no one takes pride in what they do anymore, Top Notch Plumbing will restore your faith in customer service. A veteran owned business is one I always like to support and this one stands out as one of the best!
Cole and his team did an excellent job. Proud to have a member of our nations military out servicing our home. He was professional, timely and provided better than competitive pricing. The entire experience of him replacing our sewer line was above board. Top Notch does not even begin to describe how exceptional the experience, communication, quality of work and timeliness! Highly recommend 10/10!!

I had a real emergency , one place told me it would be 5 days till they could come out. I called TOP NOTCH and immediately discovered how TOP NOTCH they really are, the lady who took my call was so nice and polite and had Cole, the Technician to my house in less than 30 minutes and he had my emergency resolved in less than 20 minutes and was so kind and considerate. They are TOP NOTCH, I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need.

First the good. Cole is respective and professional. He's very efficient and helpful. Now the rest that should get attention. The first red flag was that there is an $80 trip charge if you don't let them do the work. I get that but that means that you need to have other options before getting them out so you can make an informed decision. The deal killer that will keep me from calling them again is the way they charge. There's no breakdown of costs or charges. Cole plugged in the proposed work and $605 came up. No hourly rate. No materials cost. Just $605 out of a black box. They apparently predetermine what the charge will be based on different categories of work. Cole needed to cut out and replace a PVC pipe. So $80 trip charge, OK. Be generous and say that there was $120 worth of PVC pipe with connection glue. He was here and done in one hour. That means that their charge ended up that the hourly rate was $400/hour. Don't fall for this! I'd have Cole back but I'm never calling Top Notch again.

I was very impressed by how supportive and flexible the company was when I called with a concern. Cole came the same day that I called, and he was not only helpful with my immediate issues, but talked to me about possible future plumbing options so that I would feel prepared and confident when it came time to purchase a new water heater. I would definitely recommend Top Notch!

I called out of the blue and -there they were!
The scheduling was prompt and well informed. The guys were excellent at assessing the problem and explaining what they think might be a solution in several scenarios (and prices!) Sometimes it is hard to find people who can think on their feet. Great friendly service. I will definitely put them at the top of my list for future Plumming services.

John was great. He gave us options for our toilet replacement and did the work right away. A clean, well done professional job. I would recommend John and the company as a whole to everyone.

I need to give TOP NOTCH 10 STARS!!
There's not enough space to say how awesome Cole and this company is.
Back in July 2023, I woke up at 8:00 in the morning and heard water spewing from my upstairs bathroom I actually dialed another plumber and got Cole @ Top Notch by MISTAKE!! Talk abut a divine intervention! He calmed me down cause I was a nervous wreck. He was on another job, but within minutes he was at my residence. He told me it was my supply line and took care of it.
Then I had an outside water issue. I called him on a Saturday.
(5-4) He was off and working out at the gym. Not only did he come over in his workout clothes, he went and got the part and FIXED MY ISSUE ON HIS DAY OFF!! They Truly live up to their name!! He's got a customer for life in me!!
you will not be disappointed with Cole or the work they do at Top Notch!!

John Barnes came out this morning to service one of our restroom trailers that was giving us nothing short of a headache. Not only did John show up on time with a great attitude, but after a challenge, continued to show professionalism in his attitude and work ethic. We recommend John and his team at Top Notch Plumbing for any plumbing issues you run in to! He did a fantastic job in a very timely manner!
