A group of incompetent guys can only call the wrong phone number and tell them that they have made a mistake a hundred times and they will continue to harass you!

I live in a gated community that had the gate, card reader, etc. installed by Blue Ridge Security. It has been a disaster. The gate is broken as often as it works. Even a mild thunderstorm will knock it out and leave people stranded and unable to get home. Considering how ubiquitous this equipment and it's use is, how can you trust a security company that can't handle a gate going up and down???

The folks at Blue Ridge Security are great! They provided an excellent security solution for my home in Weddington for many years and are installing a system in my new home now. If you want personal service from a smaller and very efficient, well-run company that that takes a a high level of interest in every customer, these are the guys for you. You'll never get lost in the shuffle, and your security will be state of the art. Thanks to Dave and his team!
