The recent experience that I had with Elevator-Lift Systems went extremely well. I was lucky enough to work with both Kenzie and Erin in the local office. They were helpful, informative and very easy to work with. I just finished (somewhat) a 40 plus year in the hospitality and real estate management industry and retired as the Chief Operating Officer of a Management Company that managed four resorts and a hotel....yes, I was a busy guy....actually, still am which is a long story. I would hire both of these young ladies in a flash because of everything that I said earlier in the review. Elevator Lift is lucky to have both of them.
The gentlemen involved in the repairs of the elevator also did an excellent job but I did not have to deal directly with them.
Kudos to Kenzie and Erin....thanks for a job well-done!
I wanted to share a very professional experience I had with the Elevator Lift Systems Team…..expertly walked me thru a situation where I was able to fix an elevator stuck between floors. They did this with tremendous patience and expert advice. They turned a stressful situation into very positive satisfied customer. I highly recommend the Team at Elevator Lift Systems for all the extra efforts.

Extremely happy with the responsiveness and service with Elevator-Lift systems in Bluffton. A couple of months ago we called for service for our elevator that is over 15 years old. Tim came out and got the system working, but he recommended a new pump system, which we did not elect to do at that time. As Tim predicted, the pump motor burned, so we shut it down and called for service last Friday. Today (Wednesday!) Tim installed a new pump system and had the elevator operating much quieter, faster and most importantly, safer. Special shout out to Kenzie for her responsiveness and attention to detail to get our service scheduled so quickly. She sets the standard for customer service. Tim's experience in Elevator systems shows in his outstanding service.

Nick was very personable and gave us a good sense of confidence in his abilities and the check-up job he would do for us. He did a very good job and we would welcome him back for our next check-up or if we have a maintenance issue. He represents you well.

Brain, David, and crew were very professional and did a very efficient and neat elevator installation into an existing shaft. Can't recommend them enough.

I was having elevator issues and left a message after hours. Kenzie called back promptly the next morning. She was so bubbly and polite. Aaron was able to diagnose my issue in less than 60 seconds and stayed on the phone with me and clearly told me what to look for, how the issue happened, and what to press to get it working again. The whole was thing solved in less than minutes and completely for free. So thankful for these two for saving the day.

We purchased a home recently on Hilton Head Island and has an elevator that is serviced by Elevator-Lift Systems. The previous home owner contacted Elevator-Lift Systems to tell them that the home ownership had changed. Kenzie Coleman from Elevator-Lift Systems reached out to me to introduce the company and their services. They set up a scheduled maintenance evaluation call during our initial phone conversation. Based on their proactive service so far, I believe that I will be happy with their service now and in the future.

Elevator-Lift Systems personnel responded promptly to my call and scheduled the work quickly. The technician diagnosed the problem and corrective work was set up on a schedule that worked for me. Good work!

We called Elevator-Lift to come give us an estimate for repairing our elevator. They charged us $225 for a service call and told us we needed 6 magnets. They ordered the parts and a month later when the parts finally came in, the technician came to install them. He said they were the wrong parts, that we needed something completely different and tried to charge us another $225 for the visit (which of course we refused to pay since it was their mistake, not ours.) The estimate was now up to $4500 (not counting the charges for service calls). We decided to wait and ending up finding another company to do the whole job (plus a thorough tune-up) with no extra charges for $1450. So glad we did NOT use Elevator-Lift!
