I can't say anough great things about this company. They took what was my disaster of a kitchen and bathroom, and made it the best part of my home. We had a plumbing leak under our kitchen floors, and it ruined everything. After another contractor ghosted us, we didn't know what to do, but after putting a plea on Facebook. Cheyanne found us, and thank God she did. Working with Marlon and his crew was the best experience. Marlon and Cheyanne helped us design the kitchen of my dreams in their showroom. They stayed in communication with us the whole time and put my house back to normal. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs any kind of home renovation. Only bad thing now that I'm looking at other parts of my house that they can fix. I will be a long-time customer ?

We were in need of a kitchen and bathroom renovation, after another contractor left us in the dark. We found Cheyenne on social media after asking around for contractor recommendations. She set up an appt with the owner of Queens, and within 5 minutes of talking to Marlon and Cheyenne, we signed a contract for them to help us out. Cheyenne walked us through every step, and her and Marlon both checked on & supervised the crews that were at our house. We are in love with how our kitchen and bathroom turned out! We have new cabinets, countertops, and hardwood floors. Everyone that comes over compliments our home now. They definitely get our recommendation.

Fully recommend this company. After striking out with three other kitchen contractors over the course of nearly three months, a friend recommended Queens to us. Cheyenne responded immediately and met with us within a week. Within days we had a design that matched our vision. About a month and change later (a big chunk of that time was a delay from the countertop company, beyond Queens' control, and yet they went to bat for us & got that countertop company in line!), we had a new kitchen that is fantastic and exactly what we were hoping for. Pros: very responsive, they really listen to customers' preferences, they sell high quality materials, and installation is done to your spec, and the price was very doable. Cons: the install crew did not speak English and an interpreter was not on site. Despite this, Marlon the owner, who is bilingual, was reachable by phone, and all our concerns were addressed in real time. The people of Queens were the best part. Lovely people, great work, fantastic end result.

After a local contractor left me high and dry, a friend told me about Queen's. I stopped by their showroom, and within 5 minutes of talking with Cheyenne and Marlon, I knew I should have hired them from the beginning. After assessing my home, Marlon was very honest with me about what could and couldn't be done. He had a crew at my house the very next day fixing everything my ex contractor destroyed. They had to fix flooring, drywall, cabinets, stairs, ceilings, & paint- it was a disaster. Marlon and Cheyenne kept in communication with me every step of the way, even helping me find other specialists like a plumber, electrician, etc. Whenever I stopped by the showroom during the process, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cup of coffee. You just don't find customer service like that anymore! My house now looks as beautiful as I imagined it to be, and my only regret is not going with Queen's from the beginning. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend this company. I had a vision for what I wanted to do in a small atrium area and in my Florida room. I have posted pictures from Before & After. Renan was a perfectionist when it came to getting what I saw in my head converted into what became the finished product. He clearly takes pride in his work. I could not be happier. It completely transformed the room. I had a brick fireplace transitioned to Venetian plaster and the floor done in atrium and Florida room. The whole company is a pleasure to work with too. Everyone there was extremely professional and friendly.

From beginning to the end; Marlon and Cheyenne were very professional and personable with the whole process. From drywall, flooring, crown molding to cabinet design and installation the team at Queens met and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the final results of our kitchen remodel. Even with some minor modifications Marlon’s team was up to the task and eager to meet our needs. We shopped around however after meeting Marlon and Cheyenne ; we knew we wanted Queens to do our project. We feel Queens provides good value in a timely low stress way, we Highly recommend Queens for your remodeling needs.
