Quinton and Brad's knowledge and expertese saved us over $3,000 to refurbish our elevator's motherboard that had been fried by lightning two years ago. The original, local elevator installation company would not work with us and said it would cost thousands of dollars more than what Home Elevators Direct charged. Quinton took the time to check each circuit and found a fuse on the small board that had been burnt. While in NC, he was able to find another a board, install it and get us back up and running in no time. Thank you, thank you, Home Elevators Direct! We highly recommend you!
Wonderful experience. This was an addition to a 30 yr old home. A bit complicated, therefore. Absolutely NO delays or hangups. The Quality of the installation and the car interior are excellent. Regulations require a plethora of safety interlocks, etc. making it a bit of a process to learn the complications. BRAD responded a number of times teaching us old codgers. We are EXPERTS now and couldn't be happier. Also, PRICE is right!

I called Brad about getting my dumbwaiter repaired. He said that they did not repair dumbwaiters but after explaining what was wrong he said he would take a look. Quinton quickly came by, got it running, and showed me what to do if it happens again. Great service from great people.

Our elevator was stuck between floors. Quinton came out the very next day after my call and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He is very personable and professional. The fee charged was very fair. Brad and Quinton will be our elevator go-to guys. I highly recommend them.

This company offers prompt responses on service calls. My elevator was down and they got over here quickly to fix it! They will also put in a new elevator if you need one.
