Very disappointed. Nice tech estimated termite spraying and bond then gave me draft contract which I reviewed and agreed to. Company then emailed different contract without the bond. I left messages twice saying it was the wrong contract. Finally I was told the house was too old for them to issue bond. Seriously? They knew the age of the house when the tech arrived. Substituting a different contract with no explanation was simply deceptive. Did they hope I wouldn't notice? I was treated badly and would not recommend. ADDENDUM: Thank you for your comment. However, the tech made several calls to "the owner" while he was still at my house to make sure the house was covered for repair bond before he handed me the repair bond contract. Then a treatment only contract was emailed with NO explanation. I called tech twice before getting an explanation. So, yes, I got an explanation that the house was "too old" but only AFTER you sent a different contract. Its obvious you guys can cover any property you want and choose your customers. No one is arguing that. However, this was deceptive and made worse by lack of communication. Just admit it. You folks handled it badly and lost a good potential customer in the process.

If you need an extra service they will always find away to have someone out asap. Do not pay attention to the unhappy Karen's leaving a bad review. ( Can not make everyone happy) Highly recommend Carolina exterminating for all your pest control needs. Amazing staff and great locally-owned small business.

These folks are the truth! From start to finish,I'm absolutely beside myself happy. Booking an appointment was extremely easy and they responded the very next morning b/c I emailed after hours. Drew emailed me for information they needed to help me..I swear it must have only been 5minutes and the appointment was scheduled same day no doubt...The technician extradonaire, assigned to me was Mr. Carey Vincent he was wonderful in every sense of the word....his introduction on the phone made me immediately feel like this was the right call. And meeting him, I felt the genuine spirit of him wanting to eradicate the varmints(sp) safely. I strongly encourage you to look no further than this company ...absolutely top notch!
