I hired Atlantic for a Dock survey needed to get dock permits with OCRM. They came out and had survey to me within the estimated timeframe they gave me. They were priced the same as other survey companies that I got quotes from. Everyone I spoke with at Atlantic were polite and helpful. Easy process, polite and professional.

As a Realtor in the Charleston area, it's really important to work with excellent trades. Atlantic Survey is the best of the bunch. They are timely, responsive and helpful. They have helped not only my clients, but me personally. Sonya and Lauren are excellent and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

Our insurance company told us to call Atlantic Surveying since we were now required to carry flood insurance. The girls were so sweet on the phone and we had our elevation certificate back the same week. Highly recommend Atlantic Surveying!

I highly recommend Atlantic Survey! After the recent FEMA flood map changes I found myself with an astronomical increase in my insurance costs. Thanks to Atlantic's quick response I was able to reduce my insurance expense by over $2000. Thank you Atlantic Surveying for your professionalism and kindness.

Left the surveying job incomplete (paid in full). Multiple calls to the office to have job completed. Total lack of accountability for ones responsibilities. Laziness on the field technician’s part. Condescending attitudes. Unsatisfactory costumer service. Completely aloof to a dissatisfied costumer stating “well there’s no shortage of business”. Very disappointed overall experience.

This company was contacted on May 13th (it’s now June 21st) for a survey of our property. We were told they would review our plat and get a quote out to us. We received nothing. When we followed up in 2 weeks, we were told they were researching our property now and would get a quote to us soon. After another week, we followed back up to check on the progress, and we were told they had no information on our request and we weren’t on the list. They then realized they had some information on our request to follow up on - and proceeded to tell us they were 4-5 weeks out on surveys. We explained we had contacted them a month ago - so now we’re even further behind in getting things completed for the sale of our property. Again, they said they would be sending a quote.
Today, we called to ensure things were moving forward, and we were quickly told by the individual answering the phone that she would contact the surveyor to see if this survey could be done. She said she would follow-up with us in about 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes, we received an email saying they were unable to perform a survey on a tract of land this size.
This type of customer service is totally unacceptable. Here we are 5 weeks after initial contact starting over. If this company couldn’t handle a project this size, why didn’t they inform us of that in the beginning and even suggest another company. There was very poor communication from this company throughout this process. Poor follow through and a lack of professionalism. We would not recommend their service no matter the size of your project.

They are great! Super fast and straight forward- aren't high priced either. Way less than many folks in town. Highly recommend them

Outstanding service and they helped me work through complicated flood and zoning issues the first time when others had failed. Their prices are reasonable and the service was superb. I'll definitely use them again on my next property deal!!
