I received excellent and efficient service from Air Services of the Carolinas who fixed a failed motor in my AC unit. Carter quickly arrived within an hour to perform a diagnostic, followed up to order the part, and returned to install it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Sarah provided wonderful customer service, information, and communication. Both were honest and considerate. I hope not to have another HVAC issue, but if I do, I will certainly be a returning customer, and will recommend this company to others in the meantime.
Bill was extremely polite and professional. He came out on a hot Sunday morning and had our unti fixed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Quade arrived promptly and did an excellent job getting our air running again quickly. His pricing was fair and he was very courteous and thoughtful about wearing boots in our home. I will definitely work with them again!

We have been this company for our HVAC service since 2013. They are second to none in the business. Honestly the professionalism and service you will get even on holidays and weekends is outstanding! Carter came out today and provided me with a wealth of knowledge and got our system up and running with a new motor. Do yourself a favor and call these folks first!

Quade for air service of the Carolinas was very informative. He analyzed the issue quickly and fixed it within minutes! He even informed me of their service plan for my heating & cooling systems. I definitely recommend using them!

Came back from vacation to a hot house at 630pm. I called & the owner, Bill, picked up. He sent a tech out who found out my compressor went out. He got another in at noon the next day & came over & replaced it himself. I had cool air by 4pm. This is a local family owned business & they will treat you right. Don't waste time dealing with the corporate chains. Thank you ASOTC for being there when I needed you.

I put a request in last night for services and was contacted very quickly to set up an appointment. This morning Carter came out and checked out my ac unit. I couldn’t have asked for a better service than he was able to give us. He was thorough and explained to me what was exactly wrong with my unit. Fantastic prices!!! Would 100 percent recommend contacting Air services of Carolina’s for any services you are needing.

My experience with Air Services has been nothing but great! Quade was very informative as well as kind and helpful. He explained all the things that needed to be repaired and why and answered all my questions. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and at a time fit best in my schedule. Very glad they were recommended to me!

Air Services of the Carolinas was great at responding to my call the next day and quickly getting my a/c fixed. Quade, the service tech was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
