Place is a joke to work for. The fancy building and up tight dress code is just for a good show. Guy who runs/owns the place is an rude to everyone by yelling and cussing people out every chance he gets. All the other team leaders/managers whatever you want to call them are all willfully ignorant. They hire new people and get interns straight out of college and expect senior levels of productivity and knowledge with zero training provided then put the blame on new hires that the customers are gonna get upset with how many hours are spent on a job. I get its a business but not every hour should be billed to the customers especially when your talking new hires and interns working projects. At the end of the day if something needs to get done the actual senior workers need to make sure that project gets completed on a timely matter themselves and not pushing work and blame onto new hires. The people who stay and enjoy working here are the poster children for working class sheep.

I joined ACE in 2021 and I really enjoy working here. Project managers are great, real, normal people with experience, who work along side me through the process. Lots of flexibility here. Great teammates who are down to earth, eager to help and like to go out with. No snobs here! We have a great office with amazing view. Get lots of experience- not pigeon holed, from working directly with clients, contractors, site visits, construction observation, design, to permitting, drone work! I was actually encouraged here to sit for my PE exam and and passed-wow! Lots of tips from teammates! Come join us!
