Anyhow….
Everything about my experience was great. Tara, my salesperson, had great product knowledge and was able to steer me to exactly what I had envisioned. I purchased wall-to-wall carpeting for a bedroom, a custom area rug for another, and had an indoor/outdoor runner replaced in my garage. They were very accommodating to my schedule when arranging measuring, deliveries, or installation. I even got a follow-up phone call to check to see if everything had met my expectations.
Just yesterday, I referred a friend.

The process went well from start to finish. Tara and Bob were very helpful picking out our carpet. Then Benito and his crew did a great job on the installation. We asked that they try to fix the floor squeaks and they were able to fix most of the squeaks. And on top of all that, the price seemed very competitive. We would definitely use Abbey again. 5 stars!

What a great experience. At first we had some communication challenges but they were quickly resolved. We had multiple appointments to review flooring options, along with using their websites interactive floor options. Once we confirmed our choice the process was fast, easy and very professional. I'd recommend Abbey Carrot & Floor

Abbey Carpet and Flooring is not only affordable but very high quality. I did a quote from 3 places and they beat the price by $3,000. They installed carpet in 3 bedrooms, did a large area rug and a fabulous stairway runner. I will use them again, they were professional, patient and knowledgeable.

Another job well done. This is the third time Abbey Carpet has done work for me. I had carpet and tile replaced this time with luxury vinyl planks. Taking up the tile was a hard job, but the crew that came to my house did an excellent job. They made sure everything was covered up in plastic and they always cleaned up after doing a job. I could not be happier with my new floor. From beginning to end this was again a pleasant experience. Thank you Mr. Bob and Cara for your assistance, too.

Kudos to Abbey Carpets and especially Tara. Their prices are unbelievable and with the styles and collections of tiles you're sure to come away completely satisfied. The team they hired to install our floors were professional and thorough. I love, love, love my new floors. And, the stone tiles Tara helped me pick out to frame my fireplace look perfect with my floors. I highly recommend Abbey Carpets for all your flooring needs.

Great selection of carpeting. Very easy to work with. I had a dilemma midway through the installation and Sarah was very kind and understanding. They had to wait three weeks to complete my installation, through no fault of their own, and they came back and worked in a timely fashion. Very pleased and highly recommend Bob Hudson and the team at Abbey Carpet & Floor.

Wanting to replace the floor in 2 rooms of my home I went to 2 places looking for what I had in mind. Abbey Carpet and Flooring was the 2nd place I went to. Tara greeted me in the most friendly manner. She was extremely helpful, she understood my needs and explained how their process works. I found the hardwood I liked in the showroom. I left with a sample and an appointment for someone to come and measure my rooms. The appointment was a pleasant experience and came with a recommendation for better wood. After a couple of weeks the wood was delivered to my home and a week later 4 of the most hardworking men came to remove the old floors and installed the new hardwood. These guys were friendly and professional. They paid great attention to detail, not only with the installation, but also with my home.
From beginning to end the service, the professionalism, the care I received from Abbey Carpet and Flooring was exceptional.

We got a Herringbone pattern luxury vinyl kitchen floor from Abbey Carpet and Flooring in Columbia,SC. Our entire experience with them was great. The sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. The owners were involved making sure we were happy through the whole process. The installers were also very knowledgeable and did a spectacular job creating the Herringbone pattern. I would recommend to everyone who needs flooring to visit this company. It is outstanding.
