We picked out the tile several weeks ago with James who was helpful, our contractor Jeff Graham gave us the measurements of how much we'd need, and low and behold, we needed just a little more of one tile than they had in stock, so they charged us a $179 fee to bring the extra tile from their store in Augusta. Our contractor said he talked with the manager, and we would get this fee back, but a week later, still no tile that we were waiting on and still no $179. I have other tiling projects, and we will not be getting anything else from these people.

Tammy was awesome and helped us pick and set up our purchase. The trouble happened when it was time to lick up our order. It wasn't ready even after 2 hours. So then our installer goes and picks up the order but after leaving the store they call because they forgot to put the entire order together! Not good

My wife and I did an extensive search for the right tile product and service for our kitchen upgrade. We ended up on a Saturday afternoon at Floor and Decor almost overwhelmed by the many styles, colors, sizes and materials on display. To our good fortune, we were approached with an offer of help by Michael Cartzendafner, Designer. Mike spent more than an hour and a half assisting in our selections, answering our questions and giving us design advice. After taking samples to our home for in- kitchen viewing, two return visits to the store, and watching a number of tile installation videos, we felt semi ready to take on the project. Then came the most helpful step of all. We attended a Saturday morning, in-store, training session on how to install a tile backsplash. The class was conducted by Mike C. and was the one thing that gave us the confidence needed to do this as a diy project! Mike assisted in the final selection of tile and of all the needed supplies and tools. Our end result is beautiful and we have the pride and satisfaction of doing it ourselves. We highly recommend the same experience for anyone considering a similar job, first timers or those with some previous experience. Take advantage of the free classes offered at the store - very, very rewarding!
