My a/c stopped producing cold air. The service technician came to us on Sunday Morning. Rob was cheerful and efficient. He explained everything in detail. We are very pleased with 2nd Air.
I called 2nd Wind after 8 pm on Sunday and Josh called me back within 15 minutes and said he could come out to see if he could fix my unit. He made me so happy when I felt that cool air blowing again. Josh did a great job on getting my unit running again and he was very polite and clear on explaining what the issue was with my unit. I am super pleased with my experience with 2nd Wind.

2nd wind was easy to schedule with and took in consideration that I had a small dog in a very hot house.
My Technician Jeff Harrison was outstanding; he talk to me and not down to me, he also let me know what was going on and made sure that the job was done right. It been a hour since he left and the house is cooler and the dog is sleeping comfortably. Thank you and thank Jeff for me again.

God sent! I happen to see second wind, heating and air-conditioning truck in front of mine and we were in need of an air conditioner repair or replacement. We weren’t sure. Israel came and unlike everybody else that keeps coming to our place he was honest, respectful, and helpful. What I thought was going to cost thousands of dollars Was only a few hundred and well worth every time! There are some things wrong but at this point we have cool air. We didn’t have to replace what we already had. I highly recommend second wind heating and cooling, and I noticed they also do plumbing! Try them out!

Response to a request for an emergency repair happened way faster than I expected. Ryan persisted on the diagnostic part of the call until he found the problem. My AC is humming away happily now. Great job!

Great service from knowledgeable and courteous staff.
Aaron came when expected and did his job quickly and expertly. He explained everything he did and why the work was necessary.
I recommend 2nd Wind to anyone who needs HVAC service. I am very pleased with the service I receive and the value of the maintenance contact.

Our head technician was Robert, he was super friendly, understanding, and we felt he was truly giving us his honest "family man" opinion.. long story short we needed a new head unit as well as the outdoor unit. The installation crew was very respectful, fast yet thorough and did an amazing job!! Highly recommend!

Rob is my technician. I am very pleased with his service. He is personable, knowledgeable, and does a thorough job of inspecting my equipment. I know I can trust Rob to make sure my equipment is running in top condition. If any service needs to be performed, he does a great job of explaining what is going on and what needs to be done to remedy the issue. I would highly recommend Rob. He is the best!

10/10 would recommend. My air ducts desperately needed replacement. 2nd Wind was the only company to return my call once I began the search. They had me on the schedule the next day for an estimate and began the job the following Monday, a three day job. The installers were very professional, friendly, and responsible. I was even loaned a window unit during the job. The crew, Neal, Blake, Kevin, Jason, Jared, and the guy that installed the new return worked great together and were sure to clean up after.
