The initial diagnosis was only have the problem but the two technicians and the manager Mike did an amazing job and ensured me that the cost discussed would have my unit up and running. This company is amazing. My unit at my home was in dire need of an upgrade as it was 13 years old and not serviced properly during the life of it. From a Comfort Specialist perspective Mr. Bill R. was ver personable and didn’t treat our interaction like a sale. He was empathic, took copious notes about what I was looking for, and my circumstances. He listened and provided me with various options based on our interaction. He talked to me in a way that I could understand as it related to the systems and various advantages of each. Once I made my selection he was able to get a team out same day (today) to install one of the two units I decided on. Tristan T. and Nicholas S. came and installed the unit, cleaned up after themselves, and tested the unit for functionality. They were courteous and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this organization for your HVAC needs. They are military friendly!!

Stoudenmire did a great job replacing our entire HVAC system. Bill Rudd was our assigned comfort specialist and he explained everything very well and was very knowledgeable. For once, we felt like we could trust what an HVAC rep was saying. Previously, we have been told so many different things by other companies and felt like we were being given a sales pitch at every turn so that we couldn’t trust anyone. Not the case with Stoudenmire. The installation crew (Slim, Mackenzie, and Ritchie) was on time each day, and were not loud or rude like other in-home workers we’ve experienced in the past. They went straight to work, worked diligently all day, and kept our home tidy- a huge plus! The only glitch occurred when the zones were mixed up during the wiring process. That problem was alleviated by Nick on the final day of installation after-hours. Frankie followed up a week later and commissioned our system, double checked the completed work, and sat down for questions after it was all over. So far, Stoudenmire is one of the best companies we have dealt with in the first year of living in the area. I won’t use another company, and I wouldn’t recommend you do either. I’ve talked to most of them and Stoudenmire by far is the most professional and most trusted.
