The service is excellent. I enjoyed meeting Clifford and the installer came and did a great job. Love system.

Appalling customer service. Online portal is slow and outdated. After going through the troubleshooting process several times after my camera's disconnected. I tried to schedule a technician to come service the security equipment but there is a "Trip Charge" even though we have been paying $70 a month for four years now. They still try to nickel and dime you even when their equipment malfunctions. Highly recommend going with a competitor or DIY service.

Clifton Blackwell was an amazingly knowledgeable rep. He was very patient and helpful. He helped me to combine all of the many systems I had in my home. I would say ask for him always if that is permissible.

I have had THE best experiences with ADT which we are new too. Clifton Blackwell has gone above and beyond to take care of us. He had my system set up on a day when there were no openings because I was in town. He checked on my cameras which is not his job but he did for me to help me out when they weren’t working and I couldn’t get out there for a technician. 10/10. No complaints. I love this company and wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you ADT and I’m so glad to have this security.

I canceled my services and did a buyout with another company a month ago. I was billed by ADT a few days ago. I have called several times just to be on hold for almost an hour. When I finally get on the phone a rep, Victor picks up and I explain my situation. He tells me to contact Safe Haven, which I did prior to contacting them. Safe Haven did their part, and told me to cancel with ADT. Long story short, he said he can't help me. I have to contact Safe Haven. I asked to speak to a manager, he says there are no managers on the floor. I asked for a manager phone number or to speak with someone else. He's hangs up the phone on me. I call back, wait another 30 minutes, and the same rep, Victor picks up the phone. As soon as I give my name, he hangs up on me. I am still trying to cancel my services with them. Straight trash
