We had a great experience with Home Outlet, specifically with J.D. (Justin). We are remodeling two bathrooms and selected two vanities and tops with sinks. One of the vanities had a manufacturer's defect, but J.D. swapped it out with no problems at all. Two days after getting the items home, my wife and I decided that the countertop color just wasn't fitting out plan, so we went back to Home Outlet to exchange them. Well, the tops we wanted weren't available in one of the sizes we needed so J.D. said he would email corporate to ask about availability, but it turned out the item was on a serious backorder. I thanked him for his time and decided my wife and I would figure out another option, but J.D. called later that same day to say he would be happy to sell me the display model if I wanted it. It was in perfect shape! Now we have the perfect combination of vanities and tops for our new-to-us bathrooms, and we will definitely shop at Home Outlet more in the future. Oh! And the prices were great, too!

Wish I could give no stars. When a customer ask for help more than 3 times and has to wait over an hour, then you get snobby cause my wife had to cut the carpet herself and you treat her like she’s not good enough it shows what kind of people really work here. Y’all need to do a better job with your customer service. If you go here plan to wait a while. Management really needs to tighten up. Sad when asked for manager no one showed up.

12 years ago my husband & I found this store when we were building our home. We outfitted almost the entire interior with quality items that are still serving us well (cabinets, entire bathroom & kitchen, wood flooring, tile & slate). Over the weekend when choosing where to go for an add on bathroom in the basement we decided to go back, since we had such good luck there so many years ago. Andrew was very accommodating and efficient in helping us with our purchases & even helped out with changing out an item (oops, our fault not theirs) after the sale. Same manager was there that helped us out 12 yrs ago! Great to see a business still going strong & doing right by customers consistently. Side note..... did I mention the prices are very reasonable ?

Nice store for house renovation needs. Got a sink and vanity combo and a faucet for a really good price for the size! The staff was super nice and helped us load the heavy box into the car and also allowed us to open the box to make sure the top wasn’t damaged at all. If I need anything else similar I’ll be going back to this store!
