Ive helped this company with different projects and jobs and these guys are very professional. Ive known Alexis for years, he has a great family and they have good morals. Easy to work with and they treat people right. The work speaks for itself.

My husband and I went into wanting a pool very skeptical. We called pool companies for quotes. The only company that was totally upfront with us about size, ideas and cost was Brothers Pool Construction. Our salesman was Alexis, who was so enthusiastic about our project. He spent a lot of time with us going over different ideas of what we could do. Brothers Pool is a family owned company which is important to us. They did an excellent job on our pool and were very respectful to us, our property and our neighbors property. Our pool is gorgeous and I cannot wait to crank the heater up and jump in!! Gregg and I would highly recommend Brothers Pool Construction.

Brothers brought our 1980s pool back to life with new plaster and tile. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we are delighted with the work. I would have liked the communication to have been better throughout the process, as I felt like I needed to initiate each step rather than having information provided, but overall a great experience!

Brother’s pool did a beautiful job retiling and replastering with glass pebbles, they are an honest family business and will go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer, I would never use anyone else, I’d give 10 stars if I could

Alexis arrived at our house as scheduled. Alexis agreed to write up an estimate and sketch and email in to us. We had to call him to find out why we didn't receive the estimate and sketch per our agreement. Alexis stated he didn't have the correct email even though we texted it to him. He didn't do the sketch and frankly just lied several times about it. Lastly, we just received an email from him stating they could not do the project at this time. If you ask Alexis to many questions, this will be his response, he'll duck and run. Highly unprofessional and suspect. To many red flags in the beginning in my opinion. May want to think twice about this company.

G’day folks! My hope in this review is to give you a little ray of positive sunshine in your search process for finding a decent and reliable pool repair and renovation company that is right for you. Let me make it known by saying that I received no form of discounts to write this post process review and in my personal search process of finding this pool company I made no such mention that I would even take the time to write this review after the project was finished. As a rule, I’ve only taken the effort to write about a dozen or so reviews in the past ten or so years on an unknown number of products and services that I’ve purchased throughout those years, regardless of how good or bad that product was. So, for me to even write this review means that I am either totally pleased with the final product or highly dissatisfied with the final product. So again, please take this review kindly to heart as it is only my opinion of their recent finished work on our property working on our pool. I always recommend that you do your homework and research the many companies out there for the one that is right for you, and hope that you choose wisely before deciding for your own family’s personal pool needs. Overall, we had a pleasant pool restoration experience, and we are happy with the final product that my wife chose. A young man by the name of Alexis is the front person for this company who we worked with us throughout the process and answered any questions and concerns that we’ve had with full satisfaction. His positive personality and demeanor easily demonstrated to me that he has been in the business that his family built for quite some time. And in our initial search for this pool company, we sought out four different estimates from other competitors with prices ranging from 8k to 25k for the work that we were looking for and Brothers Pool came in at the midrange price for the work that we asked of them. Originally, we were going to go with a Pebble Tec style design as there are so many options out there just as there are companies to choose from. And most all of them can provide an equal to or at least a very similar product quality and all have a ton of varying prices for that same top quality and pricing demand. In the end we chose a much more affordable aggregate sky-blue color for economic and simplicity reasons. And without giving the exact price I can say that we paid more than our lowest estimate but less than 15k for the finished project. For reference, our gunite pool size is about 15 feet by 30 feet with a shallow end of 3 feet and a deep end of 5-6 feet and the total cubic space of the pool holds about 13,500 gallons of water. Alexis and his crew drained the pool, hydro blasted the walls and pool floor, prepped the walls and fixtures, resurfaced and replastered the pool, changed a pool light and fixtures, regrouted the existing pool tile, and changed the sand in the filter, all before cleaning up reasonably well and refilling the pool. The resurfacing process itself took less than a day and we had to wait about a week for our pool light and the finishing touches. And in the end, we found no flaws other then what had previously existed. We have a 2-year warranty on labor craftmanship and a 10-year warranty on manufacturing materials. Again, all I can say is do your research, let your needs be known, document everything, get the final contract in writing, and you will be happy with the finished product. If I had one last thing to say I would say to get the existing pool tile completely replaced in the process as I feel that the total thickness of the aggregate is barely thicker than the existing tile. Which in and of itself was less than a half inch. That would probably be my only gripes on a project that I thought they did a great job with. In the end, I believe we chose wisely by selecting Brothers Pools for our pool restoration company and would be happy to work with them in the future if needed. Cheers!

Don’t use these guys. Their basic plastering work was fine but their other work is very poor and incomplete, and they will shut down any follow-through if you dare question their work. Alexis is arrogant and defensive if you point out anything they’ve forgotten or did wrong. Main concern is that they performed a pressure test on the feeder lines before I bought my house, but then I had to pay them an additional $2000 to do a more thorough job and find the actual leak after I bought the house. They did an end-around with the owner so he could avoid a larger repair job. Also their “finish” work is terrible and sloppy and incomplete. Alexis had a temper tantrum when I asked them to replace two missing pool cover hold-downs they had removed when I pointed it out. Also when they re-did the pool ladder deck receivers their guy didn’t even know how to measure it properly and messed it up, I had to show him how to do it correctly. I would have gladly worked through these issues with them, but In total the seller and me had to spend about $14K but they left out so many details that I gave up following up with them. I refuse to deal with Alexis he is unreasonable. Either way their basic work is really a mess.

We obtained 3 proposals for full replastering of our spa and swimming pool. Although Brothers was the highest bid, they were the most detailed, and we felt comfortable knowing what to expect. I dealt explicitly with Alexis, and he sent me pictures of the progress, and the job was completed in 2 days. We had follow-up contact, as well. He responded to my questions very punctually. He worked with me on selecting a trim tile. He was always courteous and friendly. He made suggestions, and we always felt he had our best interest in mind considering he knew this was our first spa and pool replastering. Thank you Brothers Pool & Plastering for bringing life to our spa and pool, and the detailed work!

I tried for months to get a local (Florence) company to even call me back about replastering my pool. I finally started contacting companies out of town. Brother's Pool in Conway called me back immediately and based on my photos and measurements (since they aren't local) they prepared a quote within just a couple of days. Alexis answered all my questions and was quick to respond to emails. It was several months before I was prepared to have them start, but once I paid the deposit, they were here within just a few days - and their price didn't increase even though I suspect their costs did. They finished the job a week later after the scratch coat had cured. The work crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Brother's price was about $1000 higher than a quote I had gotten from a company in NC, but thier quick response and professionalism made me decide to go with them.
