My experience with Best Home & Property Services has been excellent. Our technician, Rob, has always done a very thorough job and has always offered to return if any pests are detected. I believe their services are well worth what I pay to protect my property both outside and inside. Well done!

I have been using Best Home & Property Services for pest control inside and out and for mosquito for about 1 1/2 years now and have been very pleased with everything they do and the quality of the services is outstanding! The techs are always very knowledgeable and friendly and open for questions and concerns... i had Eric Schmidt for the last service and he is top notch.. and knows his stuff and shared his knowledge and recommendations and friendly advice ... overall this company is great. 10+

Great customer service and fast response time. Highly recommend for pest control. We wanted to get on a quarterly plan and the service has been great!

Justin is seriously the best technician! He’s extremely Thorough and knowledgeable! He’s so sweet, even acknowledging my children when he comes through! I wouldn’t trust anyone else in my home! For that reason, I can’t see myself ever changing companies!

Brian was just here to check for termites/ants possibility. Also to do my quarterly pest service.
I was so pleased with my experience with the service he provided.
Recommend them highly. I’ve had them since I purchased my home a year ago.

We had a problem with roaches after we received a stove from our neighbor. We sprayed our house but they kept getting worse. We called several pest control companies and Best was the first one that called us back. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a treatment plan. It has been several months now and we no longer see any roaches. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism. We now continue with them on a monthly basis and it is well worth it. We can't put a price on the peace of mind we have now. We highly recommend Best Property and Home Services. Great people to work with too!

This company has been one of the most reliable and professional service companies that we deal with in Myrtle Beach. Brian who is our service tech is a pleasure to deal with and has always been responsive to our needs.
We’ve been a customer of Beat for 18 years and when we moved from one house to another we made sure to bring Best with us.

Very happy with their service. Have not had any problems since we started using them 10 years ago. Service people are always friendly & polite and they wear shoe covers when inside your house. Office staff is also friendly and helpful in scheduling an appointment that best fits my schedule.
Would highly recommend using them.

We use Best Home & Property Services for pest control & termite treatment. It is an extremely well run business. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They’re very respectful of our home do an excellent job. I highly recommend this business.
