We had a just awful experience with this company. We had a pretty large job a few years ago and a budget of about 10k which should include packing and moving a 1200sq house and attic contents. Sent two guys to pack who were not experienced and overpacked boxes. Ran out of time on packing day and I ended up having to pack about 1/3 of the house myself. On moving day, two men distracted my husband and I while one stole money from my purse and a gun (357) from a closet we asked them not to pack due to some personal items. When it appeared our move was not going to fit in the truck (men would not fill it due to weight concerns) we went and got a UHAUL which the men would not pack or unpack. We were never reimbursed for the gun, money, and have to move about 1/3 of our items ourselves with a 10k budget. Attic and entire house was viewed for the quote by company management before. We should not have had to move and pack 1/3 of the house ourselves.

I know the company is called Two Men and a Truck but I lucked out and got THREE angels sent to my door on moving day. I can not say enough about how wonderful Terrance, Marquise, and Calvion were. They were punctual (early even), polite, efficient, and handy, to say the least. I was unable to get my bed fully unassembled and stumped on the last eight screws. They had it unassembled and ready to go in minutes without hesitation. I also had absolutely wonderful experiences on the phone with Alma and in the office with Amanda. Thank you so much for taking away all the stress of moving! I appreciate you so much!

I love the service from 2 Men and a Truck (This is our 3 time). Mr. Dennis and his partner Mr Carlis was excellent at packing and unpacking our precious furniture at our home. Nothing was missing nor broken. Liz was a great help to me when she came to my home for the accessment. I do recommend the Florence crew at 2 Men and a Truck for all of your moving needs.

If I could give them a zero I would. My husband and I are moving into a larger house. We were quoted $1600-2000 for 2 trucks and 4 people to move our stuff in 6 hours. When I called back to put a deposit down. I was met with Amanda, had made a mistake and the quote was now $2400-3000 for 1 truck and 3 people. When I said that they need to honor their quote and not bait and switch me I was told well mistakes happen. Sure they do, but you don’t get to back on your word. I wanted to speak to manager and was told that mistakes happen and it is what it is. When I finally spoke to the manager I was met with well Amanda made the mistake not me. It was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I am in the process of reporting them to the the BBB and file a law complaint.

I experienced excellent customer service from the first phone call to get my business moved to the team that actually moved everything. Two Men and Truck was awesome! They showed on time to get look at what I needed. They showed up on time to move my things. Due to weather and road conditions we made the decision to relocate a different day and they provided storage for that time period. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! It is difficult to find companies these days that ACTUALLY do what they say they will do when they say they will. I am extremely grateful!!!! Thank you, Angela
