Contracted Stone through H Depot to install quartz countertops — wasn’t sure how it would go since I knew nothing about them. However, they were great to work with: timely, responsive, professional, & skilled. Stone scheduled a time to give the estimate within 2 days of my H Depot contract, gave estimates for several different stones within another 2 days, and once I finalized my choice & put the order through, the stone was ordered & installed in less than 2 weeks. The technician was patient with my many questions and always responded quickly. The installers removed the old quartz without damaging a single backsplash tile, and they did a beautiful job installing the new quartz. Every person I dealt with from Stone was professional & pleasant — couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From the initial quote to the final install, we are very pleased with the final product and the way everyone at Stone Interiors have conducted business. Keeping us informed and scheduling the different appointments. Dalton and John did the install and was knowledgeable about their product and how to install it. Very polite and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves and was helpful in explaining how to maintain our new countertops. We will definitely call on them again for future projects. Thank you

great communication from measuring to installing. Chris & Justin did a fantastic job installing the countertops, cannot seem the seams! and were incredibly patient when I had trouble finding water main. They cleaned up everything, vacuumed kitchen & wiped down all counters! Counters look great!
I would definitely recommend them.

AVOID Stone Interiors! We used them (subcontracted through Home Depot) to install countertops and it has been a nightmare. The communication was poor from the beginning, they entered the wrong measurements for our sink causing delays, the installation happened over a month after we were originally told they would be installed causing delays and issues with other projects, and then the installers didn’t shut our kitchen valve all the way during installation causing a slow leak under the kitchen sink, cabinets, and into the walls and surrounding HVAC ducts, going into our basement/rooms below. It was leaking for about 10 hours before we discovered it leaking in the finished basement. We were told not to touch the sink area for 24 hours and to call HD if there were any issues. We followed all instructions and now Stone Interiors is refusing to repair the damage. Before the installation and leak occurred, Stone Interiors twice over a two month period said they would send us a gift card for the communication issues and delays in installation - to date this has not happened and we have received nothing from Stone Interiors.
At first they tried to blame the leak on a different issue, which was completely ruled out by plumbers, HVAC, and water damage/ restoration companies. Once that defense didn’t work for them they switched over to the defense of their waiver absolving them of any responsibility. Their waiver explicitly states they aren’t responsible for old pipes breaking or cracking. That was not the issue though - the issue is the negligence of their installers. We understand accidents happen and would have been forgiving and even tolerated the months of inconvenience and frustration this has caused had they 1. Accepted responsibility and allowed their insurance to cover the damage they caused to our home and 2. Actually followed through on sending a gift card. However they have doubled down and are refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes and refusing to try to make this right. The manager made it a point to tell me how many jobs they do “right” and that we shouldn’t really believe their bad reviews - too late for us but you can learn from our mistakes! This company will refuse to file a claim with their insurance for their negligence and you will be forced to pursue legal action to recover the damages. Don’t trust a company who basically claims they are infallible!

The worst. They do not care about their clients or doing a job well, see attached photos. They outsource the installation to 3rd party private contractors, who do not speak English and are not employees of the company. Then no one from the company comes to inspect the work and they blame all issues on the client and look for any little technicality to get up of repairing the work correctly. Our installation resulted in (among other things) damaged drywall, uneven counters tops and uneven back-splash. They ran out of clear caulk and just decided to use white caulk in the middle of the job. That is like a painter deciding to use black paint on your white wall because he had an extra can of Black in his truck. The end result is the we had to spend over $3000.00 to fix what we could. We have renovated many homes and have seen such unprofessional work. What is most amazing is they do not care in the least. They offered zero help or support. This was all after they were months late in doing job. Lowe's contracts out work to this company, do not use Lowe's or Stone Interiors, you will regret it.

I am the maintenance supervisor for a multistory apartment complex in Columbia SC. Stone Interiors has replaced most of the kitchen counter tops in the building as they have come open. Harley and Hope in the office are very responsive and quick to have the measurements taken. The install team is usually on site within a week after the measurements are done and it only takes them about an hour to complete the work. We could not be happier with the service we have received from Stone Interiors. I highly recommend them!

Impeccable results! Overall, we were very satisfied customers. The measurements Billy took were perfect as there was very little adjusting required when they were installed. Connor led the installation crew and did an amazing job making the seam in our quarts virtually invisible. In my case, I had purchased through Lowe's who contracted to Stone Interiors - as a result, communications during the process were a bit lacking in clarity. However, the overall timeline was exactly as promised and the counters fit perfectly and look fantastic. I would definitely recommend Stone Interiors.
