Ordered several blinds for our basement apartment with Blinds America. The quality and look is outstanding and exactly what was needed. These blinds are transparent enough to let some light in during the day and excellent for privacy. Steve was very knowledgable about options and efficient with the install.

What a wonderful and pleasant experience I had with Blinds America! I would highly recommend them for several reasons! I was truly impressed with how well my sales representative, Steve McManus, managed the project from start to finish. Steve was very professional and responsive. I had some specific and challenging requests and he was very accommodating and thoughtful to satisfy all of my requests. Not only was the sales experience outstanding, the PRICE was more than fair! I did quite a bit of “price shopping” and I will have to say the price was far more competitive than prices I received from other companies. I am a strong advocate of supporting local businesses, so I was thrilled to find such value with a LOCAL business! They deserve 0 stars. They did a terrible job with the installation and the owner was supposed to come back and fix them by adding the correct size valance. We paid 3,000. and the blinds don’t work and some of the valances are coming off. I’ve tried to reach the owner to see if he’d correct it and he never responded so I’m giving him a well deserved bad review. I’m using a different company and it’s the original company that the previous owners used. I hate to spend the money again but I’m sick of looking at this eye sore.

Such an easy transition from getting a free estimate for blinds throughout my home to having them installed. No pressure in between. Going to the showroom to see their products was very informative. At installation Steve and his assistant were very professional and answered all questions. Super Happy. Highly recommend if you want blinds or shutters.

We moved into a new house and the old blinds were falling apart. I contacted several companies in the Greenville to come and give us a quote. I went with Blinds America and we are very happy with our decision. The blinds look and function great! Steve did an amazing job with everything from start to finish. I am very happy with his level of professionalism and communication. Look forward to working with him in the future if the need arises.
