We are thrilled with our motorized blinds and every person we worked with! We shopped several stores and when we walked in (without an appointment) Jasmine came over and helped us right away. She answered all of our questions and had the best customer service! We then met the owner Josh who came to our new build, measured, brought samples and answered many questions we had. The bid we were given was actually less expensive than other companies and included more. Lastly, Mike came out to install and was so professional and we were amazed at what a perfectionist he was! He noticed things we didn’t, and spent time with us showing how everything works. We have had our blinds now for several weeks and truly could not be happier!

We had delayed getting shades/blinds for our new house just because we weren't looking forward to the hassles sometimes associated with this process. But we finally scheduled an appointment with Blinds and Us Greenville and WOW - so glad we did. We were able to get an in-home appointment quickly and we worked with Sydney (sales associate). She was punctual and professional. She listened to what we thought we wanted and then guided us through the selection process. We had enough choices without being overwhelmed. The quote was prepared on site and pricing was far better than expected. She was very knowledgeable about tax credits also. And Mike the installer was a delight to work with also. He had the shades installed in a blink and they look fabulous!! He explained everything thoroughly. We could not be happier with our new shades - only wish we had done it sooner. Don't look anywhere else - this is the company to use!

BLINDS and Us did a fantastic job! We would highly recommend them. Josh did a wonderful job going over all the styles annd colors and what would look right in our home - and he was right! He was very thorough, going over all of the details and so knowledgeable about all the products. His follow up on any question we had - post visit, was incredible. We did not wait long for our blinds to arrive and when they did, the installer - Mike, was absolutely outstanding. If you need any type of blinds - this is the place to go!

We had our downstairs blinds installed in 2021, and recently completed the set with our upstairs this month. We have had a great experience with Blinds & Us, both in customer service and in quality of the product. The Hunter Douglas blinds hold up very well and installation was easy to schedule. Thanks for another great project!

Josh is great! I had another company come give me a quote and they did not even discuss all the different shades of white. Josh took his time and was very thorough plus he reconfirmed each aspect of our project. We had 42 windows to cover and they all look fabulous.
