Working with Southern Traditions on a blind project for my company’s office was a wonderful experience. Richard Bernath took the time to measure each window, provide design solutions that would allow the sunlight to filter into the office while blocking the heat and glare all while incorporating our office design in mind. Additionally, the installation team, Tiant and Brandon, arrived a few minutes early, were extremely professional, and completed the job without interrupting business. I was extremely impressed with the process from start to finish, and our windows looks great!
Dave did an amazing job installing my new blinds. Not only was he professional in the service he provided, but he went over and beyond. He notified me of an extremely large and aggressive snake in my driveway and he took it upon himself to wrangle it and save my children and me from being eaten. He was extremely brave and after capturing this monstrosity, he even milked the venom from its fangs! Wow! Talk about great customer service! I highly recommend!

It all started with sales rep Linda-GraceThorne. She provided me with product options and helped me narrow down the color combo based on my project. I received excellent customer service. Received status of my order. I was impressed by the professionalism of installer Dave Kelly. He listened to my installation concerns and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left my home. I highly recommend Southern Traditions Window Fashions.

We had Southern Traditions install new shades, cornices, and side panels for our great room and dining room windows. They are top quality and came out perfect! Richard Bernath did a fantastic job in helping us select what would work best in our home, and the install team did a fantastic, professional job in getting everything installed. Southern Traditions installed shutters and shades for us when we built our house six years ago. This install was an addition after living in the house for several years. We are thrilled with their work, and wouldn’t consider using anyone else for window treatments! Call them with confidence that you will get the best!

Pam was very knowledgeable about blinds and interior design. She recommended a top down bottom up blind for one of our windows that we weren't considering. But decided to proceed with her recommendation and it turned out better than we imagined. Pam also explained to me in detail where and how I should hang drapes for this window if we wanted to. But the way the blind looks, we don't think it's necessary. She explained the benefits of string pulls instead of a wand which we had installed.
Although we were not replacing the three blinds in the family room, she pointed out they were hung incorrectly, and the valances would not match the new blinds in the kitchen. So we took her recommendation on replacing the valances and she had the installer properly re-install these blinds. She was super responsive, friendly and experienced. We greatly appreciate her great customer service especially since we live in WI and this is a second home in NC. So Pam made sure to connect with our 24 year old son who is currently living in the house. Which put our mind at ease since we could not be there for the install. Great work and friendly southern hospitality Pam!
