Mitchell was extremely disrespectful on the phone when I just had a few questions about the quote he sent us. My wife first emailed him and he was VERY short in his response and did not answer her questions so I gave him a call. I asked why he was charging $200 for “travel” from Greenville to Spartanburg and he told me I was trying to tell him how to price his work. When the conversation got a little more heated, I told him I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me and he didn’t seem to care, didn’t try to rectify the situation. The employee he sent out to take notes on the property was very respectful, I just wish the owner was as well. I would find someone else.
