Nico and Jordan were great! Had our new ceiling fan installed in no time and even took the old one away for us. They were also both very friendly. We have had three different techs come out from Priority for various reasons and they have all been fantastic.
Electricians Nico Trevino & Jordan Miller were on time, professional & despite extremely hot temperatures completed the necessary work on June 28th & July 2nd. Both men answered questions and explained why the repairs & upgrades were necessary. They cleaned up the work areas inside and outside as they went.
They restored power downstairs and installed a 200-A upgrade to the outside electrical panel, installed a 20 space Indoor main Lug panel & Leviton Load Center, & did a comprehensive test for proper operation post installation. There is a ten year manufacturer's warranty on all equipment and materials and a lifetime warranty on all workmanship. Our total invoice was $9,723.27 payable 50% down and remainder upon completion.
We followed up on 7/10/24 with the installation of a newly purchased ceiling fan & light total cost $250.00 for this job.
It's wonderful to have experienced people who follow through with excellent work.♥️

Great customer service! Michael arrived on time and explained the process for upgrading my meter and disconnect. Was able to provide a detailed quote on the spot. Highly recommended.

We had a recent electrical emergency and needed help ASAP. We found Priority Electrical through an online search and they were able to come out same day. Michael L. visited our house and was very helpful. He was able to fix the issue on the spot and also provided recommendations for future enhancements. Thanks for all of your help!

Both electricians that came to our house were very polite and professional. They determined what we needed and made time in their schedules to accommodate getting it fixed same day. They made quick work of the repairs and made sure it was all working as needed before they left. Would definitely hire them again.

Needed emergency service, was on my way outta town for a funeral and half the house had no power. They can while I was gone and rewired the whole thing in one day! It looks beautiful! Very fast and professional. I recommend Michael Lien from Priority Electrical. I can't thank them enough!!!

Everyone I dealt with from getting my quote to the communication with customer service was great.
The electricians Niko and Jordan were professional and friendly.
The job was finished in a timely manner and even came back later that day to install a finishing part which they did not have earlier.
I highly recommend this company.

First of all the person I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. Second Micheal, who came out was extremely thorough and made sure all of our electric was safe after a recent Duke power surge. I liked them so much that I am getting estimates for future projects that we have in mind.

Our water heater stopped working recently. Priority Electrical Service was recommended to us and I called them. I'm so glad I did! They arrived not only the same day, but within a couple of hours, and repaired a burnt-wiring/shorting issue within the hour. With all candor and honesty, this is the best, fastest, and most efficient service I've ever seen! Their techs Manny and Jordan were awesome! I highly recommend this company!
