Terrible work ethics. They are all promises, no results. I've given them every opportunity to contact me to resolve the problems. They won't respond to voice mails or emails. Extremely disappointed. They only care about the money, not the customer service.
Took several months to do a sink vanity counter and backsplash. They did nice work when they did it. They brought it out and didn’t glue the sink down because the cabinet wasn’t level. They left the sink on the floor and wanted payment for the job. Unfortunately my wife paid them. I leveled the cabinet and tried getting them to come back to glue the sink in place. I have tried numerous times over the last few weeks and if I’m lucky to get someone, they keep stalling on finishing the job or sending anyone out.

Great experience all around, from Trish pulling together the estimate, to Dave & Paul who fabricated to tops, to the install team. We'll definitely use them again.

Had this company come out and estimate tile replacement for three bathrooms, called me and asking if I would like they to remove toilets and trim molding's and I responded yes, then they called me back and said we don't do that. A lot more to this story, would not recommended. If the owner would like to talk please responded a contact and I will share my concern.

We have used Campbell Tile for two different projects in our home and have been thoroughly happy with the results on both. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Our kitchen island required a unique top that was notched almost like a puzzle piece so that a custom-made tabletop could fit into it. The Campbell folks made it absolutely perfectly. We couldn’t be happier.
