Cely Construction and Kevin Talbott are a 5 Star company. From initial design concept to completion of a new tasting room for our new winery, Cely and Kevin were great partners. Kevin listened patiently to the vision and then helped us select engineers and architects that were appropriate for our project. The project took over a year to go through initial designs to final design and ultimate construction. Throughout the entire process, Cely Construction provided us wise counsel, insight into the specific challenges of building during COVID, and ultimately recommendations of potential solutions. Our project came in "ON BUDGET". We have found CELY to be phenomenal partners and we will work with them again as we grow. Thank you for turning a crazy dream into a building that we are so excited to share with our customers!

Had one of their estimators come out to give me a quote on a job. He said he didn't know much about the project even though he was supposed to specialize in it. He said he would have to have at least two subcontractors come out before he could get me an estimate and that he would likely do it the next week. He then never called back and didn't answer texts when we tried to coordinate things to get a quote.

I highly recommend Cely. They did a commercial build for me. There were no surprises and didn't disappear when the job was over. Please put them on your short list if you are looking for a builder.
