Very friendly and to the point. I spoke with a particular mechanic who was very sharing with his knowledge for a first time diesel owner. He also had overcome an obstacle that was an issue for others in the past. Not bargain basement, but reasonably priced for the amount of experience and work rendered. Clean shop to boot.
