I was looking for insulating electric gloves. Even though, Holder Electric Supply didn't carry them. Shane, the sales rep, there spent about 15 minutes trying to help me to find another local place that sell the electric gloves.

Had the worst customer experience with the counter sales person (Mike). He was extremely rude and condescending. Totally unnecessary when someone is spending money at your establishment.

Ive worked for several companies in this area and every time I’ve worked for a company I always convince them to switch to using holder as a supply house. The one and only reason I switch is because of their inside sales rep, Braden. I was in a bind a few years ago, he was willing to place my order and drive it out to a job site for me. I had then came to find out that’s not even in his job description. The level of service at this location is remarkable. Braden is extremely proficient and knowledgeable and I would recommend Holder to any electrical company in the area.
