0 out of 0 STARS I am leaving a review for this employer because I was contacted by corporate to conduct an interview with Jennifer at this location to come in for an interview for Non-CDL Driver. The interview process was quite strange.. I’m a black woman, 27 years of age… Veteran of the Army, CDL Licensed Driver and plenty of years of Warehouse Experience and honestly… it was as if she had already made a decision when she saw me. The interview as well… was quite strange… there were times when I would gave her my response to her questions…and she would just stare at me after for about 5 seconds before moving to the next question… very awkward, I must say! I also was not asked very many questions… as the interview process was only 5 minutes? I was notified by Jennifer, as well, at the time of the interview that she would have 7 different positions available so there are no worries… that she would reach out to me before the end of the week. I never received a call that next week… I made an effort to reach out to her through the front desk and was told that she would get back with me and still did not receive a response. So today… I called again thought the front desk and was transferred to Jennifer who when I asked… told me that she had already filled the position and she was sorry for not getting back to me? Meaning… not one word was spoken about other positions inside the warehouse or any other positions she needed to fill. Just that…. she already filled the position… So, I just want to point out how I was treated when I came for the interview with Jennifer. It was not conducted in a professional and equal manner. Therefore, I would not recommend this business due solely to the fact of personal judgement upon arrival. This is not an EEO employer.

I’m giving one star for the showroom selections as for the customer service I would give no stars. I had a design meeting over three weeks ago now for our master bath remodel and after 3 phone calls leaving messages with no call back I still have no pricing. I even voiced my frustration to the receptionist about this and was assured my sales rep would return my call in which she never did call me. But I simply couldn’t wait any longer as my project is starting in a week . I went to build with Fergusons and had pricing same day and ordered everything. Within 3 days I have almost all of my items with the fast shipping they offer. This was a bigger order of over $14,000 so not like I was buying one thing. If Prosource doesn’t care about the sale or customer then I’m not going to beg them to take my money.

I guess you are supposed to schedule an appointment... Was told to look around and then tell them what to quote. I asked if all items were comparable, was told yes and then the printed quote showed non comparable features... But it was good to see the products!

I was looking for plumbing supplies to work on an old cast iron sewer system installing a handicap shower upgrade. The parts department is around the corner from the show room. Terrifically stocked and well informed sales staff. ProSource had everything I needed to tap into the old cast iron sewer system and upgrade to PVC. They even recommend I pick up the 4" pipe at a big box store as all they had were long sections. I'm sure the saved me money and definitely time. I will return for pluming needs. Highly recommend.
