Benjamin saved the day! My car key broke off my key fob and was stuck in the ignition... I couldn't turn the car off and was just driving around for hours, unable to turn the car off. I called my roadside service, and they couldn't help me- which they only told me after an hour of waiting on them. First, within the first 2 minutes, Benjamin was able to get my key out of the ignition and turn the car off! Then, he fixed my very damaged key fob and key to make it usable again. I know who to call if I ever need any kind of locksmith services from now on!

I needed two gate latches for my backyard doors, and I chose the simplest latches that cost less than $10 at Lowe’s. My mistake was not asking for pricing before agreeing to a technician coming out to the property. The charge for each latch was $85. It was ridiculously marked up. The technician was pleasant, which is why I’m giving two stars. I would recommend not just asking for pricing but also asking for a quote to be sent

Locked out of house on a Sunday late evening. Called Joy and Benjamin quickly came out. He put a new lock on and asked me to check it. I said it’s fine. He said he wanted to make it perfect not just fine. He won’t leave until you’re happy with the work. Benjamin is committed to getting the job done properly. I highly recommend him!

We had locks in our new home re-keyed. We called one day and Raymond was there the following day. He was very personable, professional, efficient and capable! He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and why. The pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Joy Locksmith, and especially Raymond!
