Worst service and worst company I’ve ever worked with, my husband has been trying to get help fixing our garage door and our outdoor camera within the app and no service at all waits on the phone until his patience runs out, so I found support via message…we went through the prompts and I sent him pics of what it was doing.., they finally set up a vertual appointment for 330 today and never called!
He even confirmed and I responded with a yes !!
I am calling tomorrow during business hours, because I guess there there to sell stuff on Sunday but no one in the office to cancel , so I will be calling to cancel all services tomorrow!
Worst service, I am happier with my spectrum service and that’s saying a lot!!!
Mr Jake was very Professional and nice did the work in a timely manner. Thank you ADP for sending him i appreciate it.

Had my business set up with adp security systems about 2 years ago and recently set up home security as well. they are easy to work with and very responsive with any questions. Install was seamless. Great company and would fully recommend for setting up security for home and/or business
