From when I called them to come out and give us an estimate about getting a new AC unit . They come out the same day. Then the next day we had our unit put in. This is what I call the best customer service ever!!!

Hayward did a fantastic job diagnosing a severe draining and determined the correct repair. He was very courteous and competent. I’d be glad to have him respond to my HVAC problems.

Mr. Scruggs professionalism and knowledge is an asset to the company. He is personable and easy to talk to. He answered any questions and explained in layman terms as he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He identified the problem quickly and repaired the problem just as quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brad is very professional and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed in less than five minutes. Then he everything on his van to take care of the problem. He also checked and found some things that could lead to a problem down the road. I would highly recommend him and the company as a great choice for your heat and air conditioner needs. Great service. Called and within an hour (someone cancelled) they sent out Leland to take care of me. Very professional, very knowledgeable about those new digital thermostats. Found the problem (of course my ac unit was special) fixed it, done all within 20 minutes. I highly recommend my new AC guys.

I requested an appointment online easily one evening after our HVAC stopped working and got a call back first thing the next morning- had a technician in my driveway two hours later! Leland was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He got our HVAC functioning again in no time at all. He also stated that if the system failed again in the next 30 days he would come back out at absolutely no service charge. Excellent company, will definitely trust them in the future with any other repairs or equipment replacement needs!

My family and I had a phenomenal experience with One Hour. Our heat went out so we called a company to come out to fix it. We were told the entire system had caught fire and melted and it would cost us $11,000 to fix. Wow! Second opinion said $6,500 for a new system. One Hour came out and told us that only the board needed to replaced, and the tech even bypassed the board to show us that the heater still worked. One Hour's price was $287. A fourth and final company came out and agreed that we only needed a new board, and offered to fix it for just under $900.
We went with One Hour because they proved that they are an honest company who cares about our business, not just our money and because their price was stellar. When we do need a new system (and we have two at our house) I know who we'll call. We've had heat for several weeks now and have had no issues. I can't brag enough about the company. I'm mega impressed.
