This was a challenging call. I had tried to install a new thermostat and I didn’t realize it was as tricky as it turned out to be. With one day left of cool weather before the coldest day of the year( !) Rush came to my rescue. Found 3 other issues that was keeping the furnace from working the way it should. When they finished I had a warm house, enough money for breakfast, and the satisfaction of having called the right people.
I can't home from nightshift to find my AC want working. The wife and I also keep our infant grandson during the days. For him and my sleep patterns. Erik was able to come out and fix us up the same day as the trouble call went in. Fixed the problem on the first trip and didn't pressure for a new system. He did make a few recommendations that we could do to help it system room now effectively.

Alex and Clay were AWESOME!!! I called early this morning and they came out within an hour. They fixed problem and were very knowledgeable about the issue. So appreciative of the services they provided! ?

These guys are absolutely the Best!!! I came home on the first day of Summer (6/20/24 at 8pm). A.C. wasn't working. It was almost 90 degrees in my house. Called these guys. I told them I just had heart surgery and extreme heat is bad for me. The girl I spoke to said she'll get someone out quick, and she did! I can't remember her name but she was absolutely wonderful! They dispatched Shane. He was here in 30 minutes. Worked on my A.C. until almost 11pm. He fixed everything! He absolutely went above and beyond! I will never call any other HVAC Company, again. Definitely the Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced!!!

Great place to purchase heating and cooling systems. Staff did a great job installing our new unit. Staff was very helpful. Gave us a great deal on our Trane unit. Erik was fantastic to work with when making our decision. Call them for all your heating and cooling systems needs.

Erik and his technicians did an excellent job at replacing our thermostat and explained all the features of the new thermostat. We were very pleased with the promptness of response to our request for service. Thanks for such excellent service!

Had some issues with my heating unit so I called Rush. They were out here promptly and took care of it. Their service guys are always very nice and helpful and very well mannered. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They installed my new heat pump. Chip was very informative when he came out to give us a quote. We chose one and set the appointment for installation and they were very prompt. Kayla and her husband were awesome answering our questions and everyone was so nice! The crew that came out were very friendly and respectful as well. They cleaned up everything and our new unit looks great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will use them for any of my needs in the future! Thank you all so much for everything!
