Talked to employee who assured me that they could perform the requested services. After traveling to their place of business, turned out the employee was totally wrong. So, wasted time and travel. Unacceptable.
Gerald, Mark and Joe delivered and installed Browning 65 gun safe to my home. They had to engineer ramps and use a come-along winch to get it into my house due to the steep incline of my yard. No damage was done to my hardwood floors which amazed me due to the weight of the safe,(1100 lbs.) They are very professional and also very personable. Fun to work with! Thanks Gerald and crew...

Micro chipped keys are a big pain to all. Joe and John always fix us up promptly and courteously. Thank goodness we have them to help us out at a reasonable price

Great service, Gerald's knowledge is tops. He was able to get my gun safe open and made the repairs, in a matter of minutes. He will be my choice for any gun safe problems that I might have again. Thanks for the fast service, and I enjoyed the knowledge that he shared with me.
