If I could give 6 stars, I would. We have used Mathis for multiple unexpected projects around the home in past. Today it was a water heater failure and leak. As always the team showed up promptly, discussed options with me, and went over the top helping us resolve our problem. The team was extraordinarily kind, professional, and informative. The work was done efficiently, better than the previous installation, and everything thing was left clean and better than I had it. In a world where good customer service and quality work is increasingly more difficult to consistently find, you need look no further than this company. They provide it all. Thank you so much!

Moved to Greenwood from WA, only been in our home a week and had low water pressure. Hugh from Mathis plumbing came out what a grate person. Installed a new pressure relief valve,checked out all the plumbing. Thanks Hugh be taking to soon again. Grate company. Five stars ?

Mathis showed up quickly and repaired the leak. Hugh was very professional, and got the job quickly and neatly. This our second time using Mathis and it was nice that both times we had the same employee come out. Hugh also had a trainee with him and they went work and had water flowing a lot faster than I had expected. I highly recommend calling Mathis and ask for Hugh.

Mathis Plumbing & Heating Co staff was friendly, detail attentive and fast. I had no idea they existed but now that I do, I would recommend them to anyone who want great service. Just be prepared, their prices are HIGHER (all caps) meaning I paid $775 for a service that NA gave me an average price of $375, (the national average), but the quick arrival and service made up for the higher rate, I guess. When your back is against the wall, this is the price you pay.
