Cannot say enough good things about their customer service. Always pleasant and walk me through exactly what to do. However, they go above and beyond. I bought a pool cleaner from them last year and was having trouble getting the manufacturer to reply when i started having trouble with it. They made it right.

Jason is willing to listen and tries to be fair when dealing with the public. We have been working with buck stove for several years.

Although I haven't received the product ordered, I have enjoyed our Buck Stove since the early 80s. We have purchased a couple of ware items from buck stove but the quality of the stove just keeps performing. I wish I could track the part I ordered. Thanks Buck Stove.
