It has been nothing short of a pleasure working with Ace Preferred Inspections. They were thorough, timely and reasonably priced with the inspection of my new home. The staff was knowlegable and very courteous when speaking with them over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

McCormick inspected our new construction home. We appreciated the feedback level of details and the helpful videos on some items that made it easier to understand what he saw. He was very timely and had the report back to us quickly.

Zach did an amazing job with our inspection. He was punctual, efficient, thorough, and very personable. When asked, he helped give me guidance on some of the HVAC locations for future planned home improvements, and he explained the details of the inspection in a very clear and concise way once he was complete. All around he was awesome and we will be referring him and requesting him again in the future! Thank you Zach!

It has been so easy to work with ACE Preferred Inspections. They were quick to schedule. Zach our inspector arrived on time (actually a little early) and was thorough with his inspection. The report was available right afterwards and provided important insights and a good checklist for moving forward. So glad my neighbor recommended them.

Zach was awesome with our home inspection. My seven month old decided to go number two, I check my diaper bag and I notice I’m out of diapers…! Luckily Zach had the perfect size diaper for my little one in his truck, AMAZING. He was thorough, informative and completed the inspection in a timely manner. ❤️?? Top notch employee and super nice. Give this man A FAT RAISE.

Our home inspection went better than great. Would recommend ACE. Our inspector, Zach, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained his inspection to us onsite. We had forgotten diapers for our 7 month old and Zach even had some spares in his work vehicle he gave us. Great quality service; didn't feel like just a quick customer or just another house to knock out.

Very impressed with ACE! Quick appointment availability, exceptional communication through the process and detailed reports. Zach Donaldson arrived ahead of schedule with a smile on his face! He did a thorough inspection, taking his time, and communicated overall findings clearly in layman’s terms. The extensive digital report was provided in less than 6 hours later. Pat Turner did two Home Inspections for my Clients yesterday. As always , Pat was professional, thorough. and timely with his report. One of the Inspections, had the new Owner present and during the Inspection, Pat informed him what he was doing and why. At the end of the Home inspection, Pat took the time to explain areas of concern as well as answer any questions. My Client has an Engineering background and was impressed by both the completeness of the Inspection and Pat’s knowledge. Thank you for doing a great job.
