If you are in need of a land surveyor do not call PLS, as you will not get a response back from them. I have been trying to get a hold of PLS since May 2018 (4 Months) with no luck. I have left multiple voicemails with Ben, Cleve, Steve, and Pam. No one has had the decency to retrun my phone calls or emails. I have never dealt with a business that didn't want to pursue more work. I manage massive construction projects for Corp of Engineers, Airforce, and DoD. I have worked with a lot of subcontractors but nothing like this. I can guarantee that PLS will never be called to one of my projects.
Responsive, professional, and timely when I needed multiple surveys and reports completed for my new home build. Thank you to Ben and Matt for going above and beyond for your customer.

Whether you need a land, topographic, tree or wetlands survey or a FEMA flood elevation certificate, I wholeheartedly recommend Parker Land Surveying. In my experience, responses (even an afternoon message) were always the same day. My matter was quite small compared to the projects shown on its website; the PLS team worked to resolve it for us with speed and efficiency.

We have worked with several surveyors in recent years and Steve Parker and his group are the best by far. Their response time and work is excellent. They are also very helpful and thorough as well as reasonable. I recommend them highly.
