I cannot recommend Carolina Granite Tops enough!!!! ? This experience was an absolute 10/10! My first time ever getting new countertops and I couldn’t be more pleased. This will eventually become a rental after we’ve moved out and so the cabinets will stay the same color so I found the perfect color countertop that compliments the cabinets as well as brighten up our small space. With the amount of selections they have at the office you’re surely to find the perfect color! Turn around time was quick and the installers were fantastic! A + for sure!

Employees seem nice but if you got a problem your not going to get anyone to resolve the issue. The owner is arrogant and would not respond directly to me. You get what you get, caution to everyone, my advice is don't do business with them. I had another job that i gave them 50% deposit and had a deadline , to my shock they canceled my order and refunded my deposit without ever getting a call from the owner. Never been disrespected like this outfit.

While the install was great poor customer service. Told that they couldn't find the granite i wanted. I had to search their vendors websites and found that there was still plenty of inventory. Just a bit of effort on their part would have found it as well. When i ordered the granite i was told there would be sufficient left over for an island that had not arrived yet. However afterwards i was told that there was not and that they would not order additional for me. So now i don't have enough to finish my project and will have to tear it out and start over. Buyer beware, good price, good install but lousy service to the point that its going to cost me double to get it done right.
